Full correlation or Partial correlation

老师，您好。最近的一篇文献
Network Modelling Methods for FMRI, Smith et al.对功能网络的各类方法进行了评价。其中提到了Full correlation 和 Partial correlation。REST所计算出来的应该是Full correlation吧？
