I downloaded T1 data from OASIS and tried to perform VBM analysis. But I found that T1-images are with "wrong" x, y, z direction (see attachment). How can I convert them to the conventional direction (like the template in MRIcrion).

论坛里各位老师和同学，我是静息态数据处理的新手，在医院采集了一批病人数据，准备做静息态处理，使用的机器是飞利浦1.5T，采集到的数据并不是每个TR一个文件，而是一层一个文件，文件命名不规范，我们能够顺利的完成从格式转换到smooth的所有预处理，但是使用rest做功能连接提取协变量无法进行下去。我们猜测可能是数据的原因，报错信息贴在下面，我不是很明白这是什么意思，向论坛里各位请教。

i am working with the REST toolbox V1.8 and i would like to know how i can extract ALFF-values out of a cluster which occured in a statistical result map. I need the ALLF-values from all the voxels inside this cluster of all my subjects.

我刚开始接触SPM，请教一个问题：我在做个体水平分析的时候，设计矩阵使用了条件A和条件B两种条件，在点击result时设计了A-B的contrast，同时也做了B-A的contrast，现在做组水平分析时，选择了one-sample t test，发现最终的F检验的结果，两种条件下激活区域是相同的，请问这是怎么回事啊？问的可能比较低级，请见谅！
