DPARSF_V2.3_130615在Realign时出现error

老师您好，我在用DPARSF_V2.3_130615处理一个被试时，在Realign遇到error如下：

GCA结果会因为ROI的增减有变化

老师：
您好！最近本人在做GCA时采用DMN网络ROI的结果与加入一些其他脑区的结果有一些差异，不知道这样的结果是否正确，在计算原理上是不是应该不受脑区的个数而影响？并且在GCA的结果中经过t检验后，其负值的意义是什么？

请教MICA中sort components和identify components的使用

 使用MICA分解出了20个独立成分，请教各位如何使用sort component和identify component来挑选成分。
默认设置identify component时报错如下：

Idendentify components
??? Undefined function or variable 'dim'.
 
Error in ==> view_gui>ButtIdenComp_Callback at 898

After detrending and filtering my images with REST I encounter the following error as I want to open my resulted images

如何将原始T1上勾画的ROI配准到预处理好的功能像上

 老师你好，因为需要进行海马的体积分析，我在原始t1图像上勾画海马作为roi，但是我不知道如何将原始图上的roi和预处理好的图像进行配准。自己尝试过用spm的normalise，但是配准结果不好，与预处理的功能图配准不到一起。所以恳切想知道这种情况下我如何进行配准，具体步骤忘请教。谢谢！
