用DPARSF跑数据时出现的error，请各位老师帮忙看看这是什么意思呢？

可以分开报告cluster么？

如果我在一个cluster发现了几个脑区的ALFF值变化，其中有一个cluster包括了额下回和岛叶，但是我的临床症状和alff做相关的时候，只有一个岛叶的cluster，并不包括额下回。这样的话，我可以把cluster分开报告么？

请问这个文件夹顺序是不是表示Normalization这一步并不是从realign之后的图像开始的，而是从FunImg这个文件夹开始的？

 Hi everyone !!!

I would like to ask a question as shown in the subject: The correlation between functional connectivity and power spectrum

Is it when the comparison of the  power spectrum of two groups increase, does it means the functional connectivity increase too??

ALFF数据的双样本t检验的和FDR矫正的问题

 各位老师好：
我在做治疗前后组患者的ALFF的对照研究，我用治疗前组患者的ALFF图减正常组的图得到图像和治疗后组减去正常组的图像进行比较。
发现了几个问题不明白想请教下。
1） 我关心的是limbic network，DMN，executive control network这三个网络，我是应该做好这三个网络的mask，分别进行双样本t检验？还是做好双样本t检验，然后再找出这些网络的cluster进行比较？
2）关于FDR矫正，应该选多大的cluster？另外经过FDR以后，我第一组患者的p值是0.0018501，第二组是0.00021627，这样两组可以比较么？
