关于Permutation test 的报错

各位老师，您好：

     我在进行Permutation test时MATLAB报错，报错如下：

     Reading images from "F:\FC data\Fun_preprocessdata\adult\control\ROI7\zROI7FCMap_24.nii" etc.

Undefined function 'file2mat' for input arguments of type 'struct'.

 

Error in file_array/subsref>subfun (line 80)

t = file2mat(sobj,varargin{:});

 

Error in file_array/subsref (line 60)

    t = subfun(sobj,args{:});

ALFF计算结果三种文件及组分析文件选择

用DPARSF做ALFF，得到三种文件ALFF，mALFF和zALFF，对于这三个文件，我的理解：

1）ALFF文件是直接对时间序列取功率谱，得到的为正值

2）mALFF文件是ALFF文件除以全脑均值得到，为正值

3）zALFF文件是ALFF文件减去全脑均值后/标准差，会有正值和负值

请问各位，我的问题：

1. 对于三种文件的理解是否正确？

2.用哪个文件进行Two-sample T的分析较好？

3.如果做ALFF和某个行为指标的相关，ALFF,mALFF和zALFF文件应该选择哪个？

4.如果对ALFF做ONE SAMPLE T检验的话，应该选哪个文件？（我记得以前是选择ALFF-1文件，但是现在没有ALFF-1文件了）

REST1.8 voxel wise相关报错

各位专家，我想做某行为指标和大脑计算结果的voxel-wise相关，用到了REST1.8里面的Statistical Anlysis插件，在REST CorrelationAnalysis中进行，ADD Group Image和ADD Text Covariates后，报错如下，至今解决不了，请大家帮忙。

.......??? Attempted to access r(1,2); index out of bounds because

numel(r)=1.

                    rCorr(i,j,k)=r(1,2);
