Mon, 04/23/2012 - 10:28liwenfu我的静息态实验有两个组，A和B，先给A、B组在REST软件中分别做了一个单样本T检验，此时没有选择MASK，然后用Slice Viewer分别打开这两个组的单样本T检验结果，使用Alphasim（0.05）矫正，Cluster个数选择的是324，我现在为了得到双样本T检验的MASK，是将正负激活的Clusters都保存下来还是只保存Only+啊，这两种有没有区别啊，我计算MASK时的表达式是“(i1>0+i2>0)>0”.15203 reads
