Thu, 06/16/2011 - 09:32liq2005liq严老师：您好 我发现用REST中用“SAVE CLUSTERS”功能保存的MASK，只有一对带灰度的img文件，不像用‘SAVE CLUSTER’功能会产生一对带灰度的MASK img文件，和一对二进制文件。我想问一下，用那个带灰度的img文件作为MASK进行统计合不合适。问这个问题的关键是我对SPM其内部识别MASK的条件标准不清楚，是只要voxel值大于0就认为是MASK，还是只有voxel值等于1才能认为其是MASK。请严老师多指教。12698 reads
