Fri, 05/27/2011 - 11:25xjtu2011各位老师： 你们好！我想请教一个困扰很久的问题，我在处理数据统计ReHo结果时（其实计算其他方面如任务态的激活区也一样），单样本t检验的结果还好，绝大多数统计增高区峰值点在灰质区，可是一做双样本t检验或者配对t检验，统计增高区就会遍布在白质，脑室脑池内等等，而峰值坐标位于灰质区的很少。我想请教老师，这是什么原因啊？以前听老师讲在做双样本或者配对t检验时，要加入协变量，这个怎么实现啊？谢谢老师！7217 reads
