Mon, 05/09/2011 - 20:47fanqing我已经使用DPARSF计算了病人和健康对照的ALFF、fALFF和ReHo，并在spm内比较，得出有显著差异的脑区。我想进一步统计，计算这些有差异的脑区的ALFF等和临床症状的相关性（临床症状是连续性数值）。还有我的问题是如果是三组比较，比如病人一组，有症状但不符合诊断标准的人群为一组，正常人为一组，这个比较在spm里怎么做，还有mask怎么做呢？86422 reads

Sun, 05/08/2011 - 15:37pkuwcbrest算出来的相关系数，数学算法是什么，没有找到软件算法的相关文章。 例如，用functional connectivity，算ROI wise，两个ROI之间有个相关系数。 或者算voxel wise时，全脑每个voxel和特定ROI之间的相关系数。 应该不是线性相关，我将time course 用SPSS或者excel算出来的相关系数，和rest的不一样。 是不是考虑了频率成分？86418 reads
