Wed, 04/15/2015 - 11:34xiaojin老师，您好！ 最近我在做三组被试功能连接，我首先用方差分析找到三组有差异的脑区，然后在有差异脑区的基础上做两组间（组1跟组2，组1跟组3，组2跟组3）的双样本T检验，双样本T检验只是在方差分析有差异的脑区上进行，也就是说用方差分析之后有差异的脑区做个mask，在mask里做组间的双样本T检验，不知道这样符不符合统计要求，因为我看到在行为数据的方差分析中的事后检验用双样本T检验的话会增加a犯错率，所以有所担心这个问题，麻烦老师指导一下，谢谢！4983 reads
