the ‘goodness-of-fit’ approach

 各位老师好！
      我用MICA分理出20个components，根据肉眼可以找到DMN，但是怎么利用the ‘goodness-of-fit’ approach去进行匹配寻找最优的呢？需要基于Matlab编程软件？我是临床专业，又是初学者，很多不懂，谢谢！
