how to get a negtive correlated network with the seeds of ROI using REST?

i have seen the course online about how to use the REST for FC,but how to get a negitive correlated network?must be different with the positive FC .i want to know the accurate steps.thanks

Hi!

The negative corrlated networks is still a controversial issue (Murphy et al., 2009; Fox et al., 2009; Saad et al., 2012), since you need to take global signal regression into account.

Actually, the steps to get negative FC are the same as postive FC in REST. Once you get the FCMap, there are both positive FC and negative FC values.
