Hi
I am encountering this problem since one day and i dont know how to resolve it. I have fmri Images (240, with TR 2.5), i have already preprocessed them using SPM08 ( they are realigned, normalized and smoothed). I have placed them in folder
C:\Desktop\All-Resting-State\Analysis\FunImgRWS\Sub_001
I have only one subject and i specify my starting directory as
C:\Users\Desktop\All-Resting-State\Analysis
Now as i run DPARSF to run fALFF and Reho analysis, the toolbox doesnt run and keep on giving me this error:
Configuration Parameter check: Please arrange each subjects NIFTI images in one directory and then put them in your desired starting direcotry name "FunRAW" directory under the working directory
Any help to resolve this error will be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Re: Preprocessed fmri Images
Hi,
You can try again by unchecking the options such as remove # time points and slice timing correction. I think, that brings the error. Any way your data is already pre-processed one.
Hope this will work.
Best!!

Re: Preprocessed fmri Images
yes, it's true.
just unchecking those options and directly go to detrend and ALFF/fALFF.
