Dear experts,
I mistakenly pre-processed my resting state data by regressing out nuisance covariates using the polynomial '1' option but I also selected the detrend option. I understand from your PowerPoint slides that the polynomial model '1' used for covariance regression takes care of the linear trend, hence one does not need to detrend. What is the effect of detrending images which had nisance covariates regressed out using the polynomial '1' option? Should I re-run the pre-processing with either a) polynomial '0' AND detrend or b) only polynomial '1', i.e. no detrend?
Thank you very much in advance for your advice. Your feedback would be much appreciated!
Kind regards, Mamtis

Re: Polynomial '1' nuisance regression AND Detrend in DPARSFA
no you don't have to rerun the analyses.
if you do it twice, it does not matter.
