请教关于ALFF统计分析的问题

老师,您好,我现在刚接触数据处理,正在做ALFF分析,过程中遇到了一下几个问题,想请教一下:
1.单样本T检验中及双样本T检验中MASK怎么制作啊?我看到http://restfmri.net/forum/node/1040中说“ 制作MASK有个虽然笨但肯定不出错的方法告诉你,save clusters,然后在calculator里自己除以自己,即i1./i1,两幅单样本图都这样处理,相加之后再除以自己”:这个表达式具体怎么写啊?
2.我看到视频中单样本及双样本t检验是对mALFF及
mfALFF进行分析,主要是看这两个结果吗?
3.在Viewer中P值选择0.005、0.01、0.05,这个依据什么选择呢?
4.
在Viewer中做了correcttion threshold by AlphaSim后,与继续做FDR correction冲突吗?

 1. 表达式写  i1~=0  这个比i1./i1好一点。
2. 或者zALFF或zfALFF。与m的结果差异不大,分布会更正态一些。
3. 校正后0.05就好。
4. 冲突,选一个即好。
