Hopeing that you all might be able to help. I've only recently started using the latest version of DPARSF together with the latest version of spm(12). One thing I noticed is that in the new spm version the tpm maps are organized differently and don't include the tpm'd for grye, white and csf in the standard folder, since DPARSF look for it in that folder it crashed (easily fixed though by moving the tpm's from an older spm version in the new tpm folder).
More annoyingly it seems as though my unified segmentation pipeline completely stops just before normalization. There is no activity in my matlab command window anymore (although it still says it is busy). But nothing has happened for about three days. Given that there are no specific error messages to report I am hoping that this is a common problem with a clearcut answer....
