I am using REST-GCA to find granger causality in a network of 264 nodes. Resting-state fMRI time series have 133 time points. However, I encountered the following error:
Exception occured:
Index exceeds matrix dimensions.
When I reduced the number of regions (264 nodes), the error was disappeared.
Does the REST-GCA have problems with high number of ROIs in multivariate granger calculation?
