Hi and thank you for reading this.
Currently I am preprocessing my resting-state fMRI data using DPARSFV3.2_150710 with SPM12 in Matlab2014b. After some trouble getting the toolbox to run smoothly I got it to work yesterday afternoon and left my office to have it run over night. When I came back this morning I find that the process has stopped giving me this message after finishing realigning the data:
SPM12b: spm_reslice (v5929) 01:20:05 - 22/07/2015

Completed : 01:20:34 - 22/07/2015

Reorienting Functional Images Interactively for Sub_001:
IdleTimeout has been reached.
Parallel pool using the 'local' profile is shutting down.
I guess I can just start the preprocessing again at reorientation since the data has been slice time corrected and realigned, but I was wondering why it gives me this message?

Re: IdleTimeout has been reached; process stopped
Ah I figured it out, because I did not interact with the "Graphics" image that popped up it timed out.
