single file Nifti support?

Hi,

I just started using REST toolkit. Since all my data are in .nii format, I need to convert them to ANALZE 7.5 before using the toolkit.
After reading some of your code, it seems to me that the toolkit should be nifiti compatible (for example, rest_readfile can handle single file nifti)? I'm wondering if this functionality is built in already and just hasn't been documented yet? If not, it will be really nice to see an update that include nifti compatibility.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion!
Currently, you can use REST->Utilities->REST .nii NIFTI to NIFTI pairs (.img/.hdr) to convert your single .nii format to 3D NIFTI .img/.hdr format.
Actually, the subfunctions of REST can read .nii NIFTI files, but we did not integrated the .nii support into the GUI system.
We hope we will figure this problem out in the near future.
