extract fALLF from ROI

Hi,

I used the REST toolbox to calculate fALFF. However, the results are fALFF maps but I would like to calculate the mean fALFF within a ROI. Is there a way to do this?

If you want to calculate the mean fALFF within a ROI, you can use REST->Utilities->Extract ROI signals. This Utility will help you to extract the mean fALFF value within a given ROI for the designated subjects.
