ALFF Multiple Comparison Correction

Hi,

I'm wondering what kind of corrections are performed for when you plug in ALFF or mALFF maps to two sample t-tests?

Hi!

You can perform FWE or FDR correction with SPM. Also you can perform FDR and AlphaSim (like AFNI) correction with REST.
