DPARSF_V2.2_121225 / Warnings and empty .txt-files when writing single precision variables to .txt-files

Doing ROI-to-ROI-FC-Analysis starting with FunImgARC-files produced warning-messages 'Warning: Attempt to write an unsupported data type to an ASCII file. Variable '...' not written to file.' when trying to write the result-files with extension '.txt' (ROICorrelation_subjxx.txt, ROICorrelation_FisherZ_subjxx.txt and ROISignals_subjxx.txt) in the result-directory 'Result/FC/FunImgARCF_ROISignals/'. Debugging showed, that the command 

save([fullfile(pathstr,['ROISignals_', name]), '.txt'], 'ROISignals', '-ASCII', '-DOUBLE','-TABS') (and

spm_slice_vol函数报错问题

各位老师，
你们好！
      最近使用一个软件包spmmouse，它是基于SPM5做的一个工具包，我用的SPM版本就是SPM5，但我使用这个软件时还是会报下面这种错误，请教一下我应该如何解决这个问题？麻烦各位老师了，谢谢！

DPARSF_V2.2_121225 / Jobmats / Template....mat

Unfortunately the field 'DPARSFVersion' in the jobtemplates is still set to 'V2.2_120901Beta'. Having worked a lot with this beta version and now working with the final Version 2.2 I had some troubles tracing back some results, because I used the software version indicated in the saved mat-files, which was the wrong one. Can you provide updated templates ? Beneath that, I like to work with DPARSF and REST. Best thanks !

有关mica和gift

      你们开发的mica中有提到：如需要提取该成分进入后续分析（如组间比较，和医学量表做相关分析等），可以点击“Extract！”按钮，提取所有被试的该成分的空间模（以 NIFTI 格式保存）和时间模式（所有的被试的时间模式均放在一个 MATLAB 的 mat 文件中保存，可以用 MATLAB 打开和计算）到一个指定的目录中。我想问如果在gift中如果想做这样类似的计算，用什么具体流程呢？因为没有看到gift中有extract的按钮。

有关ica做t检验

尊敬的老师：
      我刚开始学习影像处理，最近做在用gift做ica，很多文献说做各个component的one—sample t检验，因为gift做出来后是以sub为单位做成压缩文件的，所以我就将每个sub文件解压，挑出相应的component，但是用spm做t检验时没有发现voxel，想问原因，还是说我这么做的方法本来就是错误的。

关于写论文的一些问题

 大家好:如下图所示，这是我从一篇论文中截下来的图。我想知道这个BA分区是怎么得到的，脑区是怎么和BA分区有关系的，用MRIcro软件可以得到么？

下图 我选取的是正常人和抑郁人有差异的体素坐标，转换到MNI上。然后在MRIcro上定位出这样子的结果。后面的步骤就不会了。如果可以接下来的步骤希望大家给我讲解下。谢谢大家！

    老师：我想用gift去算静息态的网络，先使用spm做预处理，然后用pca2次降维，再使用informax做back restruction，得出46个components后，有下面一些问题想请教您：
1、很多文献说按照模版比如DMN、背侧注意网络之类的挑选成分，我想问具体的流程是怎样的，因为只给出了这些网络包含了哪些脑区，却都没有说清楚具体是怎样操作的
2、有的文献还说要使用wfu等软件包设计ROI，但有的又说不用，这使我很迷茫

请教一个关于重采样的问题

 请问当我们想用Rest软件进行重采样的时候，这个软件默认的精度是多少啊？（1*1*1还是3*3*3啊？）在进行重采样的时候，有没有一个原则是只能从精度高的往低的重采样，不能把低的往高地采啊？我们现在想将VBM结果进行Alphasim矫正，当用slice viewer打开我们的结果时会出来一个警告提示我们进行重采样，而我们的结构数据在扫描时是1*1*1，当进行预处理进行配准时变成了1.5*1.5*1.5,所以最后的结果应该是1.5*1.5*1.5的，这样的话我们重采样需要采成多少呢？谢谢老师~~~

In the following lines, what does SliceOrder refer to? is it the order of slices from the first slice to the total number of slices? And what is the role of ReferenceSlice?
