做双样本t检验的时候，是不是一定要做校正，可是做过FWE或者RDR的校正后，就没有任何显著差异的脑区，怎么办？

尊敬的各位老师，我是一名刚接触rest-fMRI的初学者，之前用spm8处理被试时得到以下头动曲线，显然500以后那部分头动超过了标准，这样的被试还能用吗？能否人为的删除掉不合格者部分文件，然后继续处理，这样能得出合格的结果吗？后来用DPARSF处理的时候出现以下错误提示：
老师好，我在使用了DPARSFA2.2时，选择了degree centrality这个选项，在给出的一些文件中，选择了zDegreeCentrality_PositiveWeightedSumBrainMap这一类文件做了吸烟者和控制组的双样本t检验。听了老师的在网上的讲座，有些问题希望确定一下。
1、R值的阈限是从0.25开始取，一直取到1之后，做的这些结果的平均吗？
2、加权值不仅是考虑到了每个voxel和全脑其他voxel相关显著数目，而且考虑了值的大小是吗？
3、转化成z值的数据（以z值开头的文件）和平均值的数据（以m开头的文件），选择哪个较好？

对正常组，抑郁组ReHo进行双样本T检验得到的差异图。我有几个问题想问问大家
（1）在此图中有一些体素出现在了脑外区域，这是为什么呢，是我在处理数据是的问题么？
（2）有什么方法可以剔除这些体素么？

I processed a batch of subjects through the New Segment + DARTEL step and experienced no obvious difficulties. But when I tried to rest a subset of those subjects through the rest of the pipeline, I got the following error:
