在听您录得教程时，提到过要修改bounding box，说是spm默认的bounding box太小，并提供了一个常用的bounding box的值。

如果我们要处理的数据不是成人，而是小孩，猴子，大鼠等等，我们的bounding box又应该设设多大呢？

我们如何评判bounding box设的合不合适？

bounding box的大小是否要根据voxel size的不同而改变？

我最近在用Rest处理一批静息态数据，其中的linear detrend这一项我有一些疑问。
我记得以前用普通方法做的时候，linear detrend要用到在relign时生成的参数文件。
为什么rest的linear detrend没有提示要选择参考什么文件？
而是默认的，我要把那个文件与我的图像放在一起？

在视频当中，您说在处理协变量的过程中，在roi_wise需要全脑，脑脊液，白质mask，生成txt文件，还需要每个被试的头动（rp.txt)文件，然后把两个txt文件合并作为协变量。
我想问下，在前面的预处理过程当中，realign步骤不是已经把头动给纠正了吗，为什么还要在协变量中再加入头动文件,是否是重复操作呢？

I ran into some problems when I try to compute functional connectivity when using DPARSF. It gave me error message as following. I tried REST to do FC analysis and got same error message. And it is apparently not due to different preprocessing because I used DPARSF to do the preprocessing. Would you please help me solve the problem? Thanks a lot for your help in advance.
