老师您好，应用DPARSFA得到90×90的matrix后，（1）是否可以直接用gretna计算拓扑属性，因为这个功能连接相关系数矩阵有正有负，它并不是一个完全positive的矩阵，是不是要手动先变成二值化矩阵，然后再使用gretna计算，还是Gretna即包含了二值化过程而无需手动变化？（2）gretna选定correlation coefficient后，其后的阈值范围是否只能选择0-1.0之间，能否选择大于1.0的阈值（以用于其他数据如DTI矩阵的计算）？

By Performing ROI wise functional connectivity ,my result matrix consists of signed elements. Since functional connectivity is a connectivity without directions ,could some one please explain this to me?

    It's my first time deal with ROIsignals, they are provided by my partner, but to my suprise, the signals have little variance, the time series look like 100 101 99 101 102 ,something like that, is that ordinary? or is there anything wrong?
