老师你好，因为需要进行海马的体积分析，我在原始t1图像上勾画海马作为roi，但是我不知道如何将原始图上的roi和预处理好的图像进行配准。自己尝试过用spm的normalise，但是配准结果不好，与预处理的功能图配准不到一起。所以恳切想知道这种情况下我如何进行配准，具体步骤忘请教。谢谢！

Dear experts

As I want to detrend my fmri images (1200 volumes per subject) matlab runs out of memory. I tried to Turn on the 3GB swithch but I faced a blue screen error afterwards. Detrending option works well on up to 400 volumes. How could I tackle this problem?

Since I do not see a negative path coefficient in any related paper, I have difficulty interpreting the results. i.e if tvalue of ROI1 vs ROI2  path coefficient  is -0.8 and ROI2 vs ROI1 coefficient is +0.003 how should I assess the overall effective connectivity (direction and srength)?

I tried to save the configuration mat file for running DPARSF, but I got the following error. I simply cannot save it. Any idea? (Note: the path, up to /working/ is correct/present). By the way, I am now using V3.1_141101.

Error using save
Unable to write file
/data2/dparsf_run_maki/working/sub55_compcor_config.mat: No such file or
directory.

How can I recognize templates in the folder when their names don't say anything? does CC stand for Craddock? What is the difference between ch2, ch2bet and ch2better and what atlas is it? Which of them is Dosenbach?
