关于 FC 和 extract ROI time courses 分开选择

我看了之前论坛记录还有课程，我理解是如果想用DPARSFA计算 ROI-wise 的功能矩阵，只选择 Extract ROI time courses（不用一定同时选择 Functional Connectivity）也可以的，请问能这样理解吗？

数据整理没有问题一直报错如下，是怎么回事？
