研究兴趣:静息状态功能磁共振的计算方法学及其在神经精神疾病的应用研究

研究内容:
目前主要研究兴趣为静息状态功能磁共振计算方法及其在精神疾病中的应用研究。针对静息态脑功能磁共振信号特点,与同事提出“局部一致性”(regional homogeneity, ReHo)计算方法(Zang et al., 2004),该方法主要适用于静息状态功能磁共振,但也可用于任务状态。另外,还提出了“低频振幅”的计算方法(amplitude of low frequency fluctuation, ALFF),这两种方法均已经被用于神经精神障碍的研究。臧玉峰课题组宋晓伟、严超赣等人将ReHo和ALFF方法,以及功能连接等方法集成为一个针对静息态脑功能磁共振数据处理的免费软件(Resting-State fMRI Data Analysis Toolkit (REST), http://resting-fmri.sourceforge.net)。在应用研究方面,臧玉峰博士与国内多家医疗单位的专家展开了合作,内容涉及注意缺陷多动障碍、抑郁症、精神分裂症、Alzheimer氏病、癫痫、帕金森氏病等。
