restplus做图像翻转的问题

restplus在做图像翻转时会出现文件格式发生改变和文件大小翻倍的情况，比如单个的240kb的.img文件在用完flip后会变成480kb的.nii文件，而且在做组翻转时，比如240个.img文件，每个文件大小都是240kb，flip后，虽然文件格式没发生变化，但是每个.img都变成了480kb,这个问题该如何解决？

1.定义ACC种子点，得到的FC都是减少的，可能会是什么问题？
2.ACC与异常脑区之间的FC值如何提取？
