用rest的two sample t test时的Warning

老师，您好。
    

Warning: There are too few time points.(i.e. The number of the time points is less than 10)

我做了某个ROI的voxel-vised的功能连接，得到zFCMAP，我对2组人的zFCMAP进行two-sample test，然后就出现了以上的Warning. zFCMAP好像不存在时间点这个概念吧。在算功能连接时，不是所有的时间序列的值都平均成一个值了么。

请教slice viewer中color bar 的问题

请教一下，我用sliceviewer的时候，t值color bar的值会随着数据改变上下限，如何设置统一的上下限，可以使多个结果之间的color bar统一？
如图所示。
我试着设置了range of threshold，但是没有作用。求教，谢谢！

reslice

老师：
     您好。
     我用rest slice view看我的功能连接的结果，用了ch的underlay。但是发现ch的dimension和voxel size和我的功能像不匹配。
    然后我就想对ch.nii用rest进新reslice，但是好像rest只能处理img文件，不能出来nii文件。
    是不是我需要把我的功能结果reslice到和ch.nii一样？

求助：Alphasim 报错

 运行Alphasim，点击RUN后 Matlab就报错了：
??? Undefined function or method 'normrnd' for input arguments of type 'double'.

关于FCmap的correlation coefficent的问题。

我已经用one sample test做出一组病人的脑功能连接图，在做完多重比较检验以后，我用rest slice viewer的cl.report得出clusters的坐标和大小，现在假如我关注其中一个clusters有兴趣，想了解这组病人里面每个人在cluster相应的位置的cluster大小，我用rest slice viewer打开每个被试的FCmap，但是里面的threshold（也就是correlation coefficent）我应该怎么样设置比较合理？
因为设置的值不同，会使得cluster也不同，这里设置的值需要和我前面做多重比较检验检验的值联系起来吗？（P<0.005 FWHM=4）
