Granger Causality Analysis (GCA)

 Dear REST experts, 

 Thank you for your development of useful software. I have some questions about GCA. I am planning to use this software to analyze my fMRI data during the simple reward task (TR = 2 sec).

1. What is the difference between simple x2y model and autoregressive model? Output data was very different each other.

rest1.4的DICOM sorter报错

大家好，我在用rest1.4的DICOM sorter整理数据时总是报错，请问这是什么原因造成的？谢谢！

dparsf做slice timing出错

大家好，我在用dparsf和SPM做slice timing的时候，也是报错，请帮忙分析一下出错的原因，谢谢啦

??? Error using ==> cfg_util at 808

xjview出错

我在用xjview的时候，点击volume，总是出现如下错误：

??? Error using ==> spm_P
Too many output arguments.

Error in ==> xjview>spm_list at 6975

DPARSF_V2.0_101025产生的结果中未见*.ps文件

大家好！
我现在用DPARSF_V2.0_101025进行数据预处理，在查看结果时发现在RealignParameter文件夹中只有HeadMotion.mat和excludesubjects.txt文件，而未见能够查看头动的*.ps文件。
请问为什么会出现这种情况？该怎么解决呢？

严老师：
      你好，我在用Spherical ROI来做感兴趣的时候，用view ROI来看我的种子点的时候，选取了ch2模板，但是matlab提示出现问题以下问题，而且我直接做FC的时候也出现了这个问题。请问怎么样解决？
Exception occured. (MATLAB:COPYFILE:OSError)
 Error using ==> copyfile
另一个程序正在使用此文件，进程无法访问。

7.0T MRI分析

严老师您好：
      先前咨询您答复说rest可以用于7.0t 大鼠的脑静息态数据的分析。 我们大鼠的模板是由中科院高能物理所开发的，他们认为用rest分析鼠脑的数据要做一定的修改。因为为医学背景，比较困惑。能不能简单告之原因？谢谢。
