关于功能连接的疑问

老师们，你们好！
  请教一个问题，有患者与对照两组人群，利用ALFF做研究指标，发现（1）单样本T检验时两组区域的A区域与B区域的ALFF都增高，（2）对于A区域患者的ALFF小于对照；对于B区域患者ALFF大于B。接着我们做了以B区域为ROI的voxel-wise的功能连接，发现相对于正常对照，患者A与B区域之间的负相功能连接增强，B与另一区域C的正向功能连接增强，这时我们能否这样解释：B区域静息活动增强时，A区域的静息活动受到抑制，或者说B区域静息活动增强时A区域出现静息活动减弱的可能性更高；B区域活动增强时，C区域静息活动也增强？
  我们这样解释有问题吗？

Different t-values found for comparison done in Rest vs SPM

Hello,

I recently generated some correlation maps.  I then performed the Fisher Z transform on those maps.  I fed those z-maps into the Rest Statistical Analysis tool to perform t-tests to look for differences between the groups.
