Hi,
I am Grace. I am a beginner of the resting-fMRI analysis.
I want to use a user-defined ROI for a functional connectivity analysis.
I am wondering if you could tell me how to create ROI images with the MNI template using the REST gui step-by-step.
实验设计有静息态，也有任务。现在想提取出任务的时间序列以分析小世界属性。我直接根据实验说明选出只与任务相关的nifti文件，用DPARSF处理。可以这样做吗？
老师们好，用DPARSF处理数据到滤波时总报错，报错内容如下：

我的DICOM数据属于MRIcroN的dcm2niigui 可以成功转换成NII文件，可是在DPARSF就总显示出错。
出错的内容如下：

我想算静息态下DMN网络内的功能连接强度，那么是将各个种子点之间的相关系数求绝对值后，相加，然后再平均么？

As the title I made, can ReHo analysis be used in task-related fMRI study? Also, is the ReHo value equal to Kendall's W (KCC)? If we use a significant region to be a ROI and extract its value, then this value is a ReHo value or KCC value?
