If you have different total volume numbers for different subjects, could you discard some time points to make them equal?
E.G. Keep the first 150 volumes, is it feasible?
If you perform a group comparison between two groups with different volumes, then it is difficult to interpret the difference is caused by disease or just the scanning.
Thank you for the suggestion. For now I have created different folders with different TRs so I can run the analysis of each set, but I will keep your suggestion in mind!
