Dear all,
I am a beginner of DPARSF. when I was analyzing my data found an error in mapping functional connectivity .Please tell me about the procedure using REST how I can make the Covariate list to regress out nuissance covariates.
One more query regarding T1Raw analysis what parameters we have to set for T1 images analysis.

For processing multiple subjects with different covaribles in batch mode. Give the Covariables file as:
Covariables_List:
X:\Structural_Functional\Reprocess\Sub3Cov.txt
X:\Structural_Functional\Reprocess\Sub2Cov.txt
X:\Structural_Functional\Reprocess\Sub1Cov.txt
For the error, you need to make sure in the directory, there are the same resolution image files. You need to also make sure the resolution of your mask or ROI is the same as your functional files.
For T1 image analysis, you can get the VBM results as well as T1 image used to assistant for normalization.
DPARSFA 2.1 can use New Segment + DARTEL to do VBM and normalization now.
