Dear all,
I'm just about to start analyzing my data with DPARSF for the first time. As I've understood it, it's important to sort the subjects into folders with a specific format (subj001, subj002, etc.). I have repeated measures of my subjects. Do I just put all of these functional images into the subjects folder, or do I need to sort them into subfolders / subdirectories in any way?
Best, Jonas.

Re: Folder structure / directory tree for repeated measures
Hi, one way is DPARSFA "multiple sessions #".
Please go over course part III for setting mutiple sessions.
Best,
Chao-Gan

Dear Chao-Gan,
Perfect! Thank you! I've watched the first and second part so far, so I'm looking forward to learning more from the third part.
Best, Jonas.
