I guess you may check this paper to remove data by scrubbing.

老师好:
参阅Power等人的研究,采用scrubbing的方法,在具体操作上还请老师指教。在进行处理的时候,具体的srubbing的标准应该怎么样选择。比如,我做了Head motion scrubbing regressors 算是把坏的时间点回归掉了吧,这样处理头动的被试可以了吗?还需要按照一定的标准去掉被试么?或者是否需要去除时间点,如果是,对于删除与插值时间点的方法,哪个较好些呢?
因为做的是病人的数据,按照常规看max head motion的方法,要去掉几个被试,现在采用scrubbing处理,关于标准把握不太住,还请老师指点,多谢~~
