I always appreciate your help.
I'm performing resting-state functional connectivity analysis with data from multiple subjects.
I'd like to conduct nuisance covariate regression with some other values rather than values from WM and CSF. To do this, I used other covariates checkbox. However, I could use it with values from only one subject, but not multiple subjects. How can I use this checkbox (other covariates) for multiple subjects?

Hi,
Make a text file for covariates configuration, e.g., COVConfig.txt:
Covariables_List:
Sub_001Cov.txt
Sub_002Cov.txt
...
Set COVConfit.txt as other covariates, you will get what you want (Note, the first line of the file should be exactly Covariables_List:).
