所谓结果的可靠性,可以从组水平和个体水平看判断。
ReHo方法,对于一个个体的数据,很难说结果是否可靠。对于一组数据来说,我们通常可以做一个单样本t检验,以检验全脑中哪些脑区的ReHo值明显高于全脑均值。一般会发现,defualt mode network的脑区的ReHo值会明显高于全脑均值,并且在全脑中,这些脑区的ReHo值差不多是最高的。这种情况下,可就认为这组数据是可靠的。
如果是functional connectivity,可以选一个个体的数据,预处理后(包括空间平滑),选择PCC的一个ROI,functional connectivity结果通常会显示出较好的defaul mode network。这个标准,可以初步做为判断个体数据可靠性的方法。
组间或condition之间的结果,一般不可以用于检验数据的可靠性。至于与以往结果是否吻合,那要看情况。“难以解释,就不可信”,是不可信的。

谢谢臧老师的解答,我用的是ALFF方法,发现结果很散在,象噪声,我会再试试另两个分析方法的。

ROI分析
又用功能连接的方法作了分析,想请教一下老师,得出的结果怎么再做ROI的分析,也就是每个个体特定的ROI的强度与临床的评分作相关,应该怎么做呢?

把所有的被试功能连接图像放到一个文件夹,然后按COURSE中介绍的提取时间序列的方法把ROI中的值提取出来。
然后做相关即可。
