Hi,
I have a question regarding scaling. Before I run my regression model, I scale my fmri data to 100. In order to include nuisance regressors from wm and ventricles, I extract signal from these regions before applying any spatial smoothing, but these data has not been scaled yet. When I look at my 1D files of my nuisance regressors, I notice that the values are in the 500-600, and when I check the values of my timeseries fmri data, these values are within 100. My question is if my fmri data is scaled, but my wm and ventricular regressors are not, will that affect my results after running the model? This is for an activation fmri study.
Thanks

Re: Scaling and nuisance regressors
no, scaling won't affect your result.
