Hi,
I chosed a seed and finished the funcational connectivity with the whole brain. And then how to do the correlation between the altered funcational connectivity and the behavior data?
Thanks!
Jane

Re: FC behavior correlation
You can use SPM "multiple regressions", or use REST "correlation analysis" to do this.

Re: FC behavior correlation
Thank you for the reply. But I am still confused. Use the zMap ? Every subject has one zMap, which contains the whole brain functional connectivities. what I need is only one functional connectivity of them. So how can I know that the connectivity I am interested in was correlated with the behavior data?
Thanks!

Re: question about more details for the FC behavior correlation
yes everyone has a zmap for FC. You need to perform correlation analysis between zFC in each voxel and behaviour data.
You can confine such correlation analyses within a mask in which all voxels have a significant FC. To do this, you may need a one-sample t test to define significant FC and then form the mask. This mask is then entered the following correlation analysis.

Thank you very much.
