Rest questions

Dear all
Hi

How could I mask my image using Rest toolkit?(Is there a utility like SPM "Imcalc"?)
What is the use of "Fun.connectivity" of the Rest toolbox?
How could I do a Fisher's r to z transformation using Rest toolkit?

 Dear Mahsa,
           you can type "rest" in matlab command. mask you image : Utilities——>REST Image Calculator.

The problem is my restfmri image is very large (4D image with 1200 volumes).How could I mask this image with out converting it to 1200 volumes?
