Order in ROI wise GCA

Dear Rest Experts

Hi
I would like to perform  ROI wise (multivariate) coefficient based GCA. However, I do not know whether to set the order as "1" or "2"?
Secondly, what does the "order" represent?

2 more things to add to my previous question:
Considering the order 2 results,there exist three column,would you please tell me what each column represents( in the result of order"1" , there exists only 2 columns that represent path coefficients and covariate coefficients).
Lastly, if I feed 8 regions to GCA,How could I recognize which path coefficient is i.e related to ROI5 vs ROI6?(I already checked ROI sequence file but it is still unclear to me).

Dear Experts
How could I perform a t-test on the resulted individual coefficients using rest toolbox "statistical analysis"?
Secondly, in order to illustrate the effective connectivity ,should I use  absolute of the coefficients value (Since I have never seen negative path coefficients on the effective connectivity graph)?
