Hi,
when i try to run DPARSFA, i get an error at the reslice stage as follow:
SPM12: spm_reslice (v5929) 18:24:22 - 21/03/2015
========================================================================
Failed 'Realign: Estimate & Reslice'
Attempted to access V.dim(4); index out of bounds because numel(V.dim)=3.
In file "/usr/local/MATLAB/toolboxes/marsbar-0.44/spm99/spm_write_vol.m" (???), function "spm_write_vol" at line 22.
In file "/usr/local/MATLAB/toolboxes/spm12/spm_reslice.m" (v5929), function "reslice_images" at line 244.
In file "/usr/local/MATLAB/toolboxes/spm12/spm_reslice.m" (v5929), function "spm_reslice" at line 133.
In file "/usr/local/MATLAB/toolboxes/spm12/config/spm_run_realign.m" (v5653), function "spm_run_realign" at line 44.
The following modules did not run:
Failed: Realign: Estimate & Reslice
The weird part is that neither spm12 and marsbar are not on my Matlab paths, but spm8 is.
any thoughts?

Re: matlab paths and libraries
You mean you never used spm12 but it appeared in error message? Anyway, you'd better delete all unrelevant paths and resetpath.

Re: matlab paths and libraries
I did remove all the irrelevant paths, including ones for spm12 and marsbar, and just running spm8,
as it was my impression that REST and DPARSF might not fully compatible with the later spm versions.
