Hello,
I´m very new in Rest, I have only one Patient and I want to see the activation areas in resting state, I already got the ALFF, fALFF and Reho, and I tried with the Slice Viewer, but when I choose the T1 image for the overlay, the next message appears:
This NIfTI image includes an rotation transformation. You should reslice this data before attempting to overlay the image,
in fact the image looks Horizontal in this viewer, but if I see it with other viewer (Display in SPM) the image is correct,
could you help me??
thanks a million

Re:
Rest slice viewer may not support to display the T1 image in the native space. The overlay is for showing the results such as ALFF, fALFF and Reho. From one patient, you could hardly get any conclutions, but you may find the default mode network based on results when you increase the threshold in the Rest slice viewer.

RE
Thank you very much for your answer,
in the overlay I charge the result of ALFF, fALFF or Reho, but what can I charge then, in the underlay?

Re
Usually the underlay is a suitable T1 image, such as: ch2.img.
And do not to need to change the underlay frequently.
