Mon, 12/12/2011 - 09:06liufeng管理员好： 最近遇到了一个问题，我在做两组人（正常人和病人）比如reho的双样本t检验的时候，我将年龄性别作为协变量进行了回归（添加covariates）。我想问下如果两组人分别先进行各自年龄和性别的回归，然后再做双样本t检验时不添加协变量。这两种结果一样不一样呢？ 还有一个问题，我双样本t检验添加了协变量，得到差异区域。准备提取差异区域的平均reho值与量表做相关。那么我应该将smreho先进行年龄和性别的回归再提取差异区域的值吧，我认为这样才是合理的。如果直接提取smreho的差异区域的值应该不合理吧？...15140 reads

Sat, 12/10/2011 - 12:05aileenwh请教各位老师： 才看见有人指出不能用SPM转格式，因导入的图像是2D的，非3D，不能用于fMRI分析，是这样么？我之前没注意这个问题，用了SPM的DICOM IMPORT功能，并且后续一直都能做。本来一开始用REST将我、原始文件分类，但发现文件顺序还是跟光盘上的顺序一致，是按扫描顺序排列的，如T1相便是1、3、5、7...而用SPM转的话，T1相就是按层数的顺序1、2、3、4...这样排列了。 另：若是用MRIcron转格式的话能自动排序么？如何操作呢？5596 reads
