    亲爱的老师,您好! 我不太理解功能连接中的负相关说明了什么。 1) 导致负相关的可能原因有哪些?是生理原因?还是数据处理方面的原因?较高的正相关和较高的负相关,在生理意义上有什么差别? 2) 做双样本T检验之前,是否可能会需要将每个被试的功能连接结果做一下绝对值化(abs),然后再进行组间比较? 盼复。非常感谢!

    老师们好, 我在使用ALFF的时候有一个困惑,感觉ALFF是大脑在rest状态下自发活动的一个指标,那是不是从理论上面来说,对于有明显脑损伤的病人,如中风,切除等,在他们lesion的地方ALFF值应该是相对低的呢,因为这些地方没有neuron活动? 谢谢!
