请问用rest怎样提取纹状体灰质体积，能通过predefine ROI from ALL template by selecting specific area 进行吗？还有用SPM算VBM得出的nii图像怎么用rest打开？总是提示要reslice,但是当用reslice功能时根本无法打开SPM得出的nii图像？请问这该怎么解决呢？

我的目的是把一组被试的纹状体体积提取出来，然后与其某个脑区的ALFF值做相关。谢谢老师！
