i have processed the rest fMRI images with REST tool, REHO maps after the REST analyses is distorted , i am attaching the distorted image (left side image in the attachment) as well as the preprocessed image (right side image in the attachment) ,can any one pl. help

Hello some structural scans failed segmentation and normalization after coregistering to RS fMRI scans that had been tilted forward (30 degrees on the x axis to avoid inferior-frontal dropout).  We used the unified segmentation method.  It seems SPM may not be able to match the structural to the standardized tissue templates if the orientation differs a lot.  We were able to resolve the problem somewhat by reorienting the images.  Has anyone else experienced this?

最近搜集了10个被试的静息态数据，按照操作方法使用Basic DPARSF处理数据得到ALFF和fALFF数据，然后用rest viewer查看这组数据并做单样本t检验（alpha sim矫正p0.01），发现有两个问题，谢谢老师予以指导。
1）ALFF的图像（后附图），显示结果有点怪怪的，图中可见一大片的激活改变，而且正激活许多分布在脑池里请教老师为什么出现这个结果？是数据采集的问题还是其他原因造成的？这组数据还能用么？

is it possible to create a template of only one of the brodmann area using rest-viewer and the brodmann atlas provided by rest?
I tried it already, but when i select "save current cluster" it always ends up with saving areas.

请教一下三组被试，患病组，共病组和对照组，ANOVA比较后，想进一步知道两两的差异还可以用t检验吗？会不会造成了多重比较？REST能解决这个问题吗？

各位老师们好！

最近处理的一批数据，其中有些被试是头部上下颠倒的，于是用fsl翻转过来并在fslview里看着正常后，后用DEPARSFA处理。结果是，那些头部曾经颠倒了的被试result都为空，而其他没有颠倒的被试都挺正常的，看PicturesForChkNormalization也是那些颠倒的被试normalize没配齐。

我的处理步骤是，slice timing, realign, coregister, Newsegment+DARTEL, Nuisance covaraite regression (poly trend 1, Fiston 24, Global signal, WM signal, CSF signal), Warp Masks into individual space, ALFF/ReHo等，normalize， smooth。 本来想贴图上来的，可能是网速慢贴不上，只好这么简单描述了。

然后我就逐个文件去检查，发现到FunImgARCF看着都正常，头部颠倒的和没有颠倒的被试都差不多，T1ImgNewSegment 灰白质分割也是正常的，但Masks 和Results里都是空的。
