我用了DPARSF A, 发现一个问题, 使用demo data, 路径设置后, DPARSF不能自动读取被试, 但是, 同样的设置(路径, 文件名什么的都没动), 在基本版的DPARSF里面就可以正常读取, 我的环境是 Win7 64位操作系统, Matlab 2012b, 请问这是怎么回事? 是bug吗? 还是和matlab 2012b兼容性问题?

Like the following screen shot ,I chose "Fliter" after the ALFF+fALFF, because as I know fALFF should be calculated before fliter. And here comes the question that the ALFF value were the same if we choose the "Fliter" on the top before "ALFF+fALFF"?

我发现要是用T1像作为模板时，默认的 nuisance covariates regression是在计算ALFF+fALFF前做的，但是我用EPI作为模板时，默认的nuisance covariates regression是在计算ALFF+fALFF完成后计算ReHo之前做的，这时ALFF的结果是做了nuisance covariates regression吗？

一个要后作smooth，一个要先做smooth，选with or without？
还是二者不能同时做？
如果不能同时做，做ReHo时把白质、脑脊液等协变量一起预处理了，是不是可以把某个文件夹放到rest继续做FC？
多个ROI间做FC时结果体现为一个个矩阵，单个ROI和全脑能否以图像的形式展现（个体？群体组？）？
